We are looking to appoint an Analytical Method Transfer, Manager who will join the QC department on a full time basis.
As part of a dedicated team, you will manage the planning, development, and implementation of test methods for the testing and evaluation of samples for all phases of product transfer. You will specify tests that need to be performed, compile data, and makes recommendations for optimizing analytical test methods. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the effective method transfer to QC.
To be a successful in this role, you will take responsibility for organizing and conducting Analytical Method Transfer into Quality Control (QC), including planning, documentation, and training, in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will support the QC department with the release testing for early-stage Biopharma products, such as Pilot and Engineering batches, as required. You will implement and track Key Performance Indicators (KPl’s) to identify and resource improvements, to transfer activities in accordance with regulatory, quality and health and safety standards. You will apply scientific principles and expertise in optimization and characterisation of Analytical methods. You will be accountable for prioritizing and coordinating trouble shooting activities for existing QC method in line with business needs. You will lead complex cross functional root cause analysis investigations impacting new and existing Analytical methods.
