SEKISUI Diagnostics is looking for a highly motivated, self-directed Principal Product Manager with Information Technology (IT) experience to lead strategic integrations and to lead vendor relationships.
About you:
You are a high caliber individual who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at challenging the status quo. You have strong experience working confidently with essential enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, QMS, etc. and you have mastered partnerships with business leaders. Using a collaborative and consultative approach, you have improved business processes and realized positive strategic outcomes. You are comfortable being uncomfortable and challenge yourself and others around you to be their best. As a curious individual, you learn new things quickly and use your knowledge to the embitterment of business processes, your colleagues and yourself.
To meet the demands of this role you will:
- Clearly and strongly demonstrate your 10+ years of extensive experience working with business stakeholders to achieve business outcomes, (preferably in the biopharma and/or medical device industry).
- Have a strong background with Dynamics 365, SQL, and/or Power BI
- Use a consultative problem-solving approach along with your strong working knowledge of systems and business to fluently discuss challenges impacting stakeholders to drive change
- Adeptly work with and leverage external partners to understand opportunities and deliver meaningful business results
- Be a self-directed, self-starter who can independently work through ambiguity
Ideally this role will be based in San Diego with the expectation to be onsite 2-3 days/week.
SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package
The anticipated base salary for this position is $165,000 – $190,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
