SEKISUI Diagnostic is looking for a motivated Senior Manager, Accounting to lead a small team of accounting professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide daily operations, ensure financial accuracy, and help shape the future of our accounting processes.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the monthly close process, from setting the calendar to preparing/reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. You’ll prepare and deliver financial statement packages, support external audits, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. You’ll also oversee payroll operations and play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.
ABOUT YOU:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy both rolling up your sleeves and leading a team. You are a CPA with at least two years of experience managing or supervising others, and bring a strong understanding of internal controls, financial systems, and reporting. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus, as is a background in pharma, biotech, manufacturing, or medical devices—especially within a public or multinational company.
To meet the demands of this role, you will:
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excel at driving change
- Be disciplined and process-oriented with a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, integrity, and maturity
- Have strong Microsoft Office Skills, with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financial Analysis Package experience
- Be onsite at least two days each week
SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package
The anticipated base salary for this position is $155,000 – $175,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
