At Sekisui Diagnostics, a leader in in vitro diagnostics, we help improve patient outcomes by doing what we’ve always done – focusing on innovating and developing highly accurate diagnostics tests, reagents and systems. As a Manufacturing Associate II, you will play a critical role in our mission by supporting our Manufacturing Department and assisting the assembly of our products.
Who are you? You are a detail-oriented and innovative person with a good understanding of manufacturing equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices. With your background, you can effectively operate manufacturing equipment, perform manual assemblies, document process related data, and conduct line inspections. Your strong collaboration skills allow you to interact and support in all areas within the manufacturing department and communicate effectively with peers. This role will be frequently collaborating with our Research and Development Team, assembling cartridges with limited SOP or work instructions. Possessing prior manufacturing and automation knowledge is an asset for this role, as it facilitates a deeper understanding of the intricacies of the process, but is not required.
To be successful in this role, you need a wiliness to learn and demonstrate a commitment to the development and effectiveness of Sekisui Diagnostics’ Quality Management System. You are able to perform repetitive and non-repetitive tasks that are necessary to the manufacturing department. You must be able to incorporate changes to the assembly process and identify efficiencies in the manufacturing line.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $38,000 – $44,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
