As a Director, Quality Assurance you will play a critical role in our mission by creating targeted content that reaches health care providers to show case how our products can improve the lives of their patients.
Who are you? With over 10 years of quality experience and thorough knowledge of the IVD industry (reagent and/or instrumentation), FDA QSR, ISO 13485 & IVDR, you are considered an expert in the field. You are a seasoned leader who can unify teams to drive quality compliance through the organizations to ensure business goals are met with the highest of standards. Your direct reports know they can count on you for sound guidance during challenges, and to help them grow in their career.
To be successful in this role, you will oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of all Quality Systems and activities for our San Diego operations to ensure compliance and GMP standards are met. Your proficiency with firmware, hardware and software, coupled with your thorough design control capability will allow you to effectively and collaboratively work cross functionally with R&D, regulatory, QAC and manufacturing to bring quality diagnostics instrumentation and assays to the market and beyond.
Additional Note: This is an onsite role for our San Diego facilities.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $200,000-$230,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
