We are seeking a highly motivated e-commerce professional for our commercial team to lead all aspects of our Amazon store operations, encompassing listing optimization, inventory control, and strategic promotional activities.

About you:

You are a highly motivated Associate E-Commerce Specialist that can drive the development of our emerging direct-to-consumer channel and over-the-counter diagnostic portfolio. You have learned a lot in your 2+ years managing direct-to-consumer online marketplaces and are eager to use that knowledge to help bring quality diagnostic testing to the lives of our customers in the comfort of their home. You have a proven track record of accurate data analytics that lead to successful marketing campaigns and have confidence to report these results to all levels of an organization.

To be successful in this role you will:

You will be the Subject Matter Expert for our e-commerce operations, including in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to promote marketing campaigns that drive sales and traffic through our Amazon sales channel. You will analyze key data within Seller Central to provide insight of critical analytics to leadership. You will collaborate across multiple departments, including Product Management, Production, Customer Service, and MarCom & Branding teams in order to optimize advertising campaigns, control inventory and support all aspects of our e-commerce presence.
