Who are you? You have 8 years in Diagnostics sales and in-depth knowledge of the Healthcare Marketplace and 2+ years of direct management which you use to motivate your teams to reach revenue goals. Your management experience allows you to support the personal and professional growth of your teams, while motivating & coaching them to align with the market and grow their sales territories. You demonstrate expertise in managing the full sales funnel through CRM, and have a proven track record coaching and developing your team to use CRM to drive sales performance. Your deep analytical and business planning skills allow the teams and companies you work for stay nimble in an ever-changing market. Your strong collaboration skills allow you to work across internal functions and with our partners to ensure that your team has and uses the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful in improving the lives of the people we serve and ensuring that every result matters. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving revenue goals, providing accurate forecasts, and delivering marginal profit results for the Western Territory. You will manage Account Managers & Account Executives selling through distribution channels to physician’s office (POL), retail clinics chains, urgent care, community health centers (CHCs), large multi-specialist clinics, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), hospitals, and purchasing coalitions. Working closely with Marketing, you’ll help implement brand strategies to boost sales and increase market share. Collaboration with other sales leaders is key, as you’ll work together to maximize the impact of our portfolio across the healthcare continuum. You’ll also oversee the product evaluation process by sending out customer evaluation kits, analyzing data, and following up on results to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll represent the company at industry trade shows and participate in relevant sales or local meetings to stay connected and informed.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Western territory of the contiguous US (See below); preferably located in an area that is easily accessible to a major airport as the travel requirement for this role will be 50-70%.

Our Western Territory includes WI, IL, MN, IA, MO, ND, SD, NE, KS, MT, WY, CO, NM, ID, UT, AZ, WA, OR, CA, NV, HI, AK.  

SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package

The anticipated base salary for this position is $135,000 – $155,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
