Sekisui Diagnostics is looking to appoint a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Administrative Services department on a part-time basis.

Who are you?

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a variety of functions, such as collecting reviewing and analysing data. You will prepare reports, charts budges and other presentation material. You will schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities. You will have advanced word processing, spreadsheet and graphic software skills.

To be successful in this role, you will be managing all general office organization and administration tasks, including ordering office supplies and coordinating global travel arrangements, as necessary. You will collaborate with and assist accounting vendor in ensuring timely and accurate accounting practices. You will provide timely and professional communication to customers, suppliers, logistic partners, sales managers, etc. You will assist customers and sales representatives with inquiries of problems surrounding orders, which may include invoicing, product quality coordination of deliveries, availability of product, etc. You will process all national and international orders/shipments accurately in accordance with established guidelines related to import/export regulations and prepare applicable customs declarations and documentation.

The successful candidate will have education and / or experience in some or all of the following areas:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional and professional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems as well with shipping and logistics
