As a Sr. Manager, Quality Compliance you will play a critical role in our mission by ensuring best practice and compliance in all of our quality systems and manufacturing practices.
Who are you? Your strong analytic and critical thinking skills are key to your solution-oriented approach to integrating quality into the teams you work with. You lead activities with focus on meeting business goals by driving quality compliance, proactively addressing risk, and staying at the forefront of trends and new developments in the diagnostics industry.
As Sr. Manager, Quality Compliance, you will manage and develop a team of quality professionals across our North American sites. Your 10+ years of quality experience and expertise will be showcased as you lead our compliance programs, including supplier audits, internal and external audits, risk assessments. You will collaborate with other departments to support New Product Development and product recalls to act as Quality Liaison to ensure project updates and challenges are communicated to all necessary parties.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000-150,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
