As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in our mission by accelerating change and working with business teams to achieve results with technology.

Who are you? You have extensive experience, 8+ years, working with business stakeholders in finance and supply chain departments for a manufacturing company preferably in the biopharma and/or medical device industry. Always curious, you learn new things quickly and constantly seek ways to improve yourself and your company. You confidently work with essential enterprise applications, for example the ERP, CRM, QMS, and/or other platforms. You are comfortable being uncomfortable challenging yourself and others around you to be their best. You help finance and supply chain professionals improve business processes and realize strategic positive outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you possess strong analytical skills.  You are capable of gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making. You have experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders, as week as hands-on experience troubleshooting and investigating issues with end users. You are very diligent, self-directed, and work independently, identifying opportunities, clarifying business outcomes, and leading teams to deliver results for large and technically complex projects. You possess strong knowledge of business and corporate functions.

You will play a critical part in aligning our systems and processes with business goals, ensuring we optimize resources, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. You will work in-person at the corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA on average 2 days a week. Prior experience with Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus. Experience with SQL is also a plus.
