Are you an HR professional with UKG Pro experience and a passion for the systems side of HR?

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with HR systems experience, specifically UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management.  You will work with a global HR team to ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data including assisting in setting standards and conducting routine audits. As the system go-to person on the HR team, you will assist in creating various reports and dashboards and training others on the team as necessary.  You will update and make improvements to the HR webpage using SharePoint and will assist in managing updates to HR job descriptions.  In addition, you will provide support or take a lead in various HR projects.

You are a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving.  You are curious by nature and enjoy digging into the details to analyze data and recognize trends.  Attention to detail is important to you and you are not shy about bringing your ideas forward to improve processes and to ensure HR metrics are met.  You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to assist in projects across all HR disciplines and show discretion and tact when dealing with confidential information.  And, you love working with a great team of motivated colleagues!

To be a fit for this role, you will have at least 3 years’ experience using UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management.  You will possess strong attention to detail and will have the ability to create reports and to make sense of the data. You will be curious by nature with the ability to multi-task.  You will understand that strong customer service experience and the ability to meet deadlines and commitments will be crucial to your success.  In addition, you will have strong Microsoft office skills across the entire Microsoft Suite.
