You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans/timelines to monitor and track progress, identifying and managing project Risks to increase predictability, and assess and communicate impact of change to inform decision making. You will be leading core-teams and project sub-teams, gathering inputs and defining appropriate actions to drive successful execution of projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have 8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Medical Devices/Diagnostics, Biotech, and/or Pharmaceutical environments. You will also be an expert with planning and tracking skills/tools, capable of managing multiple projects, well organized, and have excellent time management skills. You will also possess strong leadership skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

PMP certification is desirable.  Experience with Japanese culture is a plus.

 The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 – $135,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
