As a Material Handler Lead, you will direct both outgoing and incoming goods, including recordkeeping and physical inventory. The lead provides support and direction to meet the needs of the customer while adhering to quality and operational standards.

Who are you?

You are a skilled material handler with extensive knowledge of import/export documentation, carrier management, stock control, quality control, and documentation. As a lead, you enjoy providing direction and support to a team of material handlers to increase department efficiencies. You have working knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and/or other process improvement programs.

To be successful in this role, you have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, while experience with temperature storage and monitoring would be considered an asset. You are an experienced forklift operator, ideally a certified operator. You have intermediate skills on Microsoft Office, as well as working knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You have a valid class B driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.

Sekisui Diagnostics offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The anticipated base compensation for this position is $64,000- $68,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
