As a Manufacturing Associate IV, you will operate and function as a line lead on manufacturing equipment, to meet established production goals. You will independently set-up, operate and perform minor troubleshooting on production equipment. You will support scheduling of production activities and ensure production goals are routinely met.

Who are you?

You are an experienced manufacturing associate with a minimum of five years of manufacturing line experience. You have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills that will support a diverse range of manufacturing operations. You are resourceful with the ability to process and accurately follow manufacturing processes.

To be successful in this role, you can utilize your line manufacturing experience to plan and provide others with work instruction. Strong communication (oral and written) and basic math skills to support meeting product quality commitments. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Knowledge of ISO9001 regulators and quality management systems would be an asset.

Sekisui Diagnostics offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The anticipated base compensation for this position is $55,000-58,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
