Sekisui Diagnostics is looking to appoint a Facilities Manager within their Maintenance Department in Kent.

This role requires the candidate to have experience in planning, budgeting and the ability to schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment labour and materials. They will be supporting the continuous improvement within the team, to ensure the removal of reoccurring faults and to then identify the root cause. They will need to support the service contracts cost negotiations and challenge cost increases.

To be successful in this role, you will serve as a Signatory Authorisation List (SAL) authority for the engineering and maintenance cost centre. You will be required to set budgets, update the spend forecast and maintain efficient use of the Maintenance Budget. You will maintain records for the Regulatory purposes to current legislation, including Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).  You will serve as a Lead in the Department for quality and safety audits, whilst also adhering to site control changes with the team.
