At Sekisui Diagnostics, a leader in in vitro diagnostics, we help improve patient outcomes by doing what we’ve always done – focusing on innovating and developing highly accurate diagnostics tests, reagents and systems. As the Systems (CSV) Engineer you will play a critical role by Testing complex systems and products via software and system tests. You will define processes for testing system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software.

Who are you? You have worked with engineering teams to understand user interface software and embedded hardware application software. You have helped capture and refine software/software-related hardware requirements and debugged both application and embedded software/firmware. You’ve Supported Mechanical and Electrical engineering teams with software verification testing of design. You also have experience writing requirements documents and may have experience with Jira and/or Jama. You may have come from a background in a lab prior to becoming a CSV Engineer.

To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of experience in verification & validation of software. Experience working in medical device (In vitro Diagnostic instrument) strongly preferred. You have experience with CSV (computer system validation) at another diagnostic company or an FDA regulated business in biotech/life sciences.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 – $115,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
