In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs as well as evaluating unexpected deviations. You will be leading core-teams and project sub-teams, gathering inputs and defining appropriate actions to drive successful execution of projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Medical Devices/Diagnostics, Biotech, and/or Pharmaceutical environments. You will also be an expert with planning and tracking skills, capable of managing multiple projects, well organized, and have excellent time management skills. You will also possess strong leadership skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Experience with Japanese culture is desirable. PMP certification is a plus.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 – $150,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
