As a Senior QA Associate you will play a critical role in our mission by creating targeted content that reaches health care providers to show case how our products can improve the lives of their patients.
Who are you? As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Typically requires a 5+ years of experience in QA previously. Consistently working on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Make recommendations for new procedures. Act independently and/or uses good judgment in utilizing resources to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often act as facilitator and team leader.
To be successful in this role, you will assist and support the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards for manufacturing and production. You will also perform evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
