As the Sr. Manager, Sales for the Western region, you will manage a team selling through distribution channels to physician’s office (POL), retail clinics chains, urgent care, community health centers (CHCs), large multi-specialist clinics, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), hospitals, and purchasing coalitions.  You will use your sales tenure to support the team reaching and exceeding their territory revenue targets and marginal profit. As a leader, you will be responsible to hire, develop, train, and motivate a highly skilled team of account managers.  You will work across functions to address customer opportunities and challenges.

To be successful in this role, you will use your 8+ years of medical and/or diagnostics sales experience to meet revenue targets and drive growth within your territory. As an experienced leader, you will ensure that your team has and uses the tools necessary to be successful in reaching their full potential. You will use your industry knowledge to help SEKISUI remain nimble and adapt to changes in a proactive manner to ensure we continue to improve the lives of the people we serve and ensuring that every result matters.    

The ideal candidate will reside in the territory of the contiguous US; preferably located in an area that is easily accessible as the travel requirement for this role will be 50-70%.

Our Western Territory includes WI, IL, MN, IA, MO, ND, SD, NE, KS, MT, WY, CO, NM, ID, UT, AZ,WA, OR, CA, NV, HI, AK.
