As a Senior Manager, Process Development you will be responsible for managing process development, quality control, and technical operations. You will need strong experience with lateral flow technology to support current manufacturing (molecular diagnostics is a plus).
You will act as a liaison between Operations and R&D to ensure design for manufacturability during the product development process. You will coordinate new product transfer responsibilities within Operations to ensure compliance with project timelines and design control deliverables. In this leadership role, you will determine the validation requirements for process and material changes. You will lead risk-based analysis activities along with identifying mitigation actions as well as leading cross-functional groups to address Deviation/CAPA’s.
You should have 10 years or more experience that can include technical experience as well as management experience. You must have a degree in a life sciences discipline to qualify for this role.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000 – $170,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
