Sekisui Diagnostics is looking to appoint a Senior Engineer within the Maintenance Department.
This role requires the candidate to plan and design manufacturing processes for a production facility. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. You will determine the parts, equipment, and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. You will maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
To be successful in this role, you will develop, own, and support development of project plans for complex projects. You will create and support Capital Approval Form (CAF) initiation and documentation approval process. You will develop individual projects and support site functions in their design development from engineering perspective. You will lead or participate in safety reviews, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEAs), HAZOPS, or similar. You will develop site standards to support improvements; remove recurring faults and avoid creation of new faults during project execution. You will create project status reports and ensure communicated to all key stakeholders, as required.
The successful candidate will have education and / or experience in some or all of the following areas:
• Experience in a GMP environment
• Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Demonstrate control of key project details/records
• Project Management experience, including control of cost, project program, work quality and contractors
• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) drawings/ specifications
• Minimum 8 years’ related experience and typically requires a university degree
• Technical Drawing Design and Modification ability preferable
