As a Sr. Clinical Research Associate you will either work from one of our offices in either San Diego, CA or Burlington, MA. You may also work remotely with a strong preference of being on the east coast. You will ensure quality and timely deliverables from studies; from site selection to study close out. You will be responsible for the management of the Trial Master File, to ensure they are audit-ready. You will be working closely with a team of clinical project leads on various studies for IVD, Lateral Flow, and POC products. This work may also involve working closely with a clinical research coordinators to ensure study binders and supplies are available on a timely basis.

To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5+ years of experience in clinical research focused on diagnostics. This role will require travel up to 20% of the time. In this role you also must have previous experience with various EDC systems.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 – $130,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
