You have extensive experience, 10+ years, working with business stakeholders in Supply Chain and Manufacturing for one or more companies, preferably in the biopharma and/or medical device industry. Always curious, you learn new things quickly and constantly seek ways to improve yourself and your company. You confidently work with essential enterprise applications, for example the ERP, CRM, QMS, and/or other platforms. You are comfortable being uncomfortable challenging yourself and others around you to be their best. You help supply chain and manufacturing professionals improve business processes and realize strategic positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you possess substantial experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders, including hands-on troubleshooting and investigating with system end users. You are very diligent and are used to working independently. You possess strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting and can fluently discuss supply chain/logistics. You will be able to work in-person in the corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA potentially 2 to 3 days a week. Prior experience with Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 is a plus. Experience with SQL is also a plus.
