The receptionist is the first impression for employees, guests, vendors, and clients visiting the site. A key role at the site, providing administrative support to the leadership team, including the creation and distribution of materials across three local sites. The receptionist will schedule meetings, route mail and packages and complete data entry.
Who are you?
A high-energy and personable receptionist with superior organization skills. You work well in a team environment where you utilize your sense of urgency to adjust to competing priorities. You are resourceful and highly focused on providing an excellent customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you have previous administrative experience, with demonstrated professionalism as the first point of contact for the site. Advanced word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software skills are required. The ability to travel between three local sites and support several business unit leaders is essential in this role.

Sekisui Diagnostics offers a competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base compensation for this position is $48,000 – $54,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
