Your experience with Point of Care & Molecular devices will bring value as you work cross-functionally (R&D, regulatory, quality compliance) to bring quality diagnostic instrumentation and assays to the market. 

As Principal QA Engineer, you will showcase your 10+ years of quality expertise by analyzing and implementing processes and solutions to drive quality throughout the life-cycle management of our molecular and point of care devices. No two days will be the same as you toggle working in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement:  

  • Supporting current products with the Manufacturing Team to understand and anticipate problems and ensure good manufacturing practices 
  • Supporting New Product Development, including instrumentation and software, by initiating risk analysis; reviewing and implementing process change requests.  
  • Collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and/or contract manufacturers as you visit sites to ensure productive relationships are established and maintained.  

Additional Details: This is an on-site role. Anticipated travel is 20%.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $125,000-$140,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
