We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technical Specialist to implement and maintain quality assessments for process change notice and orders. You will also be leading validation teams, generating documentation for new manufacturing procedures, rolling out new equipment and managing the instructions on said new equipment.
Who are you? You are a highly detail-oriented person comfortable managing multiple projects at any given time. You enjoy working with process implementation, optimization, and updating associated documents. You constantly review documents for errors and proofread to make sure it is in the right order.
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in QA/Project Management/Manufacturing and a minimum of 5 years experience with manufacturing change control. Prior experience with automation and IVD molecular products is a plus. You have a bachelor’s degree in Life Science’s or Engineering. You have strong computer and software skills across MS Office and inventory management systems. This role will support the Operations Organization.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $84,000 – $103,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
