Who are you? You are a detail-oriented person with a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices. With your background, you can effectively lead a small group of 2-3 operators, operate manufacturing equipment, document process related data, and conduct line inspections. You will be able to perform transactions/functions utilizing business system and initiate NC documentation, participate in root cause analysis and support development of corrective actions.  With your 2-3 years of related work experience and your strong collaboration skills allow you to interact and support in all areas within the manufacturing department and communicate effectively with peers. To be successful in this role, you need a wiliness to learn and demonstrate a commitment to the development and effectiveness of Sekisui Diagnostics’ Quality Management System. You are able to perform repetitive and non-repetitive tasks that are necessary to the manufacturing department.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $45,000 – $49,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant
