Sekisui Diagnostics is seeking an individual that enjoys being the liaison between R&D and the Operations teams within our production environment. In this highly visible position you will participate and lead cross-functional teams in technical product support activities. You will support manufacturing by executing and authorizing validation processes for material changes; you will need strong experience with lateral flow technology; (molecular is a plus); design for manufacturability is a key component of the product development process; you will support deviations and CAPA’s and Root Cause Analysis.
In addition to your leadership capabilities, your written and verbal communication skills are excellent as you will author plans, protocols and experiments. Additional skills for this role will include analytical analysis and use of Kaizen and Lean techniques. You will demonstrate commitment to the Sekisui Diagnostics Quality Management System per ISO, FDA and other regulatory agencies. You will actively participate in determining the validation requirements for process and material changes.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $95,000-120,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
