As a planner, you will support scheduling for the manufacturing areas. Analyze operations to determine factors to support scheduling in adherence Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, and the Company’s Quality System requirements. The planner assists in the resolution of non-conformances (NCMR’s), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA’s), and customer complaints (CSRB’s). Additionally, you will troubleshoot processing problems and support continuous improvement activities to streamline processes and improve company metrics and meet goals.

Who are you?

You are a seasoned planning professional, who enjoys data analysis and problem solving. You work well in a team environment where you utilize your sense of urgency to adjust to competing priorities. You are resourceful and highly focused on customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of planning experience, ideally in the medical diagnostic manufacturing environment. Thorough understanding of master production scheduling and strong knowledge of purchasing logic, MRP ordering and inventory management. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word are essential for success in this role. Demonstrated experience using ERP/MRP system would be considered an asset.

Sekisui Diagnostics offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including a generous hourly rate, participation in annual bonus plan, Company match to RRSP, education and fitness reimbursements and paid time off to volunteer. The anticipated base compensation for this position is $85,000 – $90,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
