As an Associate Technical Services Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive technical support to customers through various channels. This entails addressing and promptly responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding our organization’s product lines, including assistance with product evaluation, use, launch, and troubleshooting. You will be required to document client interactions, such as inquiry details, complaints, comments, and actions taken, and communicate results of investigations to customers. You will serve as a scientific resource for the Sales and Marketing departments, providing specialist knowledge of product lines and assisting with employee and customer product training. 

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). You will be detailed-oriented and have a passion for problem-solving. Familiarity with clinical laboratory practices, including quality control and proficiency testing, would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess post-secondary education in a science-related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a clinical laboratory or a related technical service support role.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $60,000-70,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
